Have yourself and your loved ones immortalised in a hand-painted portrait.

A hand-painted portrait is special; unique like you or your favourite person. In the course of the painting process I get to know my model and his/her face better and better. As the client, you exchange ideas with me about what makes the person portrayed special (in person or by e-mail). This is how your portrait is created.

After printing on high-quality Hahnemühle paper, your picture will be stamped ORIGINAL KAISERSWERK and signed by hand. If you wish, I can professionally frame your portrait for a small surcharge. Then your picture will be carefully packed for transport and will be on its way to you.
Commissioning a portrait - What you should know
The most important things in a nutshell:
- You can see the current prices and the terms and conditions here. (up to now only german language and €)
- I work from photo templates. You can send them to me by e-mail or post. It is best if you provide me with a selection of different photos. That way we can decide together which idea should be realised. In addition, I get to know the face of my model in different situations and perspectives.
- If you live nearby (I live and work in Detmold, OWL), you can also arrange a photo session with me. This way we get to know each other and can develop a motif together.
- Each portrait is prepared with love, hand-painted and is naturally unique. Therefore, depending on the size and number of people, you have to reckon with a price starting at 420,00€ (for the smallest possible size 30 cm x 30 cm). In order to keep the price transparent for you, we talk about it from the beginning.
- You can order your portrait with or without a frame. If you wish, I can frame your portrait professionally.
- Depending on the order situation, I need between three and twelve weeks for a portrait from order to delivery. If you have a particularly urgent project for me, please contact me. If possible, your portrait will then be brought forward.
- I retain the image rights to your portrait for my own advertising. You can read this in the terms and conditions (only german). If you do not want your picture to be published (or only at a later date), please contact me. We will find a solution.
